admission by the students who desire to avail the Assam Govt. Fee Waiver
Scheme: -
1. Income certificate from concerned Revenue Circle Officer or Notary Affidavit
of income by the parents or income certificate by the Head of the institution
last attended.
2. Declaration of Fee Waiver (undertaking).
3. Photograph of planting sapling at public place.
All original Documents must be produced
at the time of admission.
