In most cases, no fee is refundable. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:
More than one payment is rendered for the same application number or for same content.
A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the recipt from the college for the same. Online transaction referance number must be produced in those cases.
If any special ordinance or notices from the Government or other competent authority is issued considering any special conditions for refund of any kind of fee etc.
Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
Note: For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction number for future reference and request for any type of Refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the College.
Standerd Time taken for process of refund will be determined by the college and the time taken for refund by the bank will not be responsibility ofthe college at any course.
